4. Order Placement
When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your label specifications, shipping address, and payment details. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the provided information is inaccurate, incomplete, or violates any applicable laws.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in the currency specified. You agree to pay the total amount for your order, including applicable taxes, shipping fees, and any other charges mentioned at the time of purchase. We accept payment via accepted credit cards, debit cards, or other available payment methods.
6. Order Confirmation and Shipment
Upon receiving your order, we will send an order confirmation via email to the provided email address. This confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, but only confirms that we have received your request. Once your order is accepted, we will process and ship it to the provided shipping address. Beyond Label Solutions is not responsible for any delays in shipment due to reasons beyond its control.
7. Returns and Refunds
We strive to provide high-quality label printing services. In case there are any issues with your order, including production errors or damage during shipment, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We may request supporting documentation or images to substantiate your claims. If deemed eligible, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
8. Limitations of Liability
Beyond Label Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Beyond Label Solutions reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice. 10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be exclusively filed in the competent courts.
